Filter to fetch the user settings information.

## Fields

- `id` — The identifier for a user.
- `programGroupId` — The identifier for the program group.
- `country` — The country selected for the program group.
- `locale` — The locale selected for the program group.
- `alternateEmail` — An alternate email address. When provided, only isReceivingNewsTrendsOffers may be requested in the preferences field.
