GraphQL object

Represents Export Control (EC) screening information for a user.

## Fields

- `userId` — Oxygen user ID.
- `ecStatus` — EC screening status.
- `ecDate` — ISO 8601 date of last EC screening.
- `orgId` — Organization ID from EC screening.
- `notAcceptReason` — Reason for non-acceptance, if applicable.
